Golden Engineering Repair Procedure

Include a letter with the following information or complete the form below and include a printed copy with the repair.
Brief description of the problem you are experiencing.
The name and phone number of the person with authority to approve repairs.
A detailed list of accessories included (batteries, tube, keys, cables, carrying case, etc.).
Model and serial number of the unit being returned.

Remove the battery before shipping. Battery may be included in package for testing.

Securely package the unit for shipping. When shipping X-ray sources, do not use loose fill alone to fill the shipping container.

If your unit is leaking oil, please allow three to four weeks for repairs.
